How he took so much time to explain everything to me
Caring, Kind, and highly skilled. All office staff is efficient, polite, helpful. Dr. Feger is an advocate for you in all health situations. I had severe asthma and now it’s under control. I could not recommend him and his practice more.
First time visit with Doctor Arora and his staff were top notch. The staff was very friendly and professional especially Nicole who did my testing. Dr. Arora has a great bedside manner and went the extra mile to make sure that I understood all of my results and options and made sure to answer all of my questions before letting me leave. My child has only seen him once so far @ the allergy center in Beaumont lex... however, I look forward to my son seeing him again! Dr Arora is extremely knowledgeable,patient,kind & takes time to explain everything in a way that is easily understood! I highly recommend him!!!
Do not go to this ridiculous place! I went there a few months ago and they never called me back about my vials or anything. I got a piece of mail about a rescheduled doctor's appointment and every single time I called I was sent to a voicemail. I spoke with someone in billing one time and they said they would have someone on the nursing side call me and no one ever called me back. AND THEN they send me to collections! I talk to billing again and they apologize over and over and offered to take off the cost of the vials. I sa... read more

I started seeing Dr. Arora after I was diagnosed with MCAS at Mayo Clinic. I was nervous about establishing local care, but after meeting with him for the first time my mind was put at ease. He is very knowledgeable, but the thing that impressed me most was his compassion and empathy. He always takes time to listen to me and to really hear what I am saying. A quality that is rare in doctors these days. He never makes me feel I am asking stupid questions, and I never feel I am being rushed through a visit.
Excellent bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and excellent diagnostic skills.
