I wanted to wait to write this review until I confirmed that the clean ducts made a noticeable difference in air flow in our home. The appointment was prompt and the technician stated that the build up of dust over the years was blocking air flow. It took around three hours to clear it out completely.
Inspection completed. All systems normal.
Initially concerned if they would identify the actual problem after an other business couldn't, I was relieved when they discovered a defective capacitor within an hour and replaced it on the same visit. The last service provider suggested replacing the whole unit so I'm glad they are more precise.
The issue was a slight accumulation of junk in the air filter which they cleaned up rather well and finished in within 30 minutes. I appreciated that they explained each step without trying to push unneeded things, given past experiences with other contractors.
