This company was hired by my home warranty. The first contact was made via phone and it was a red flag from the jumpstart. Very unprofessional with his conversation. We kept him just to give him a chance. He came and diagnosed our unit as needing a motor blower. Well after getting a second opinion, come to find out, the only thing that was wrong was that the motor and shaft was loosened. It only needed shifted and tightened (which was done by another company within 10 minutes of them coming out. No charge. Be careful hiring ... read more

They came to our home understood the condition of current issue. Timmy called prior to the visit and advised us what we needed to do to prepare for his visit. Once he came he greeted me and went right to work. He fixed our issue and was very efficient with his work. He did an amazing . We will be working with him again soon.
