Did u Google Paul Bollinger n c news reports from prox 5 years ago, whereby city Inkster fired hime in public manner after only 2 years at helm thr public housing!? They r impossible deal with, refuse give us financial information never answer/return calls, let boards violate housing laws etc..... Timmons just took over our property after 30 years of being with the same company. As a former board member of 10 years and a resident of almost 30 years, I was very leery, as we also have a new board that is not experienced in governing an HOA. It has now been 3 months and I am editing my review. I also have many other residents contacting me about their concerns as well.
