services – the first appts in dallas texas that have earned zero rating from me as a tenant. the management does not give a hoot about its tenants. a single request for a/c maintenance has taken over three weeks. and still not fixed to this moment. management promised me three weeks ago that they will buy the freon for my a/c unit and i have called every single day to follow up. sometimes they dont want to answer their phones because they have run out of excuses. shame on u timmaron ridge appts.
