ZERO STARS. I have served families in the mortgage industry for 23 years. Trying to get info or correspondence from Timios was painfully slow or non existent. Our clients did not receive their deed or first payment notice until after due date, and that was after we had to track them down again. Notary didn't leave clients any docs at the closing adn said they would send in the mail but never did.
