ZERO STARS. I have served families in the mortgage industry for 23 years. Trying to get info or correspondence from Timios was painfully slow or non existent. Our clients did not receive their deed or first payment notice until after due date, and that was after we had to track them down again. Notary didn't leave clients any docs at the closing adn said they would send in the mail but never did.
I received a ph call from Timios regarding a judgement I had against a customer 16 yrs ago that didn't pay me and they wanted to refinance and couldn't till they settled with me.. I was very surprised and happy...I was requested to send copy of bill, then they would send paperwork for me to sign off on.. I did all that … Took 2 weeks thru emails... Then I receive a email stating the underwriting group is dismissing my judgement and letting them refinance.. This is what they told me.. Party on judgement is not the same on my ... read more

Agent could not explain a lot of the documents we were suppose to sign. Ended up having to call our lender several times on questions about the documents. Her phone rang numerous times loudly and she stopped to check it each and every time. Very unprofessional. Not to mention we had to reschedule a second appointment because she failed to show up the first time. Would NOT recommend .
Timios-Westlake Village CA provided the escrow service for a mortgage refinance of a rental property, own by three family trusts (pro-rata share of 50%-25%-25%). At closing, the tax mailing address was the same as the rental property instead of the property manager. Caught the error and corrected by simply crossing out and pen in correct address. For never having used Timios, the company was just as competent as others I have used in the Chico, CA area. However, I did experience less pressure dealing with Timios.
Everything went smoothly, whether online or in person. They were prompt, friendly, and professional.
Excellent attention to detail and very knowledgable of the entire process. Answered all questions and assisted with any concerns we had.

Its an non going thing about the correct spelling of her name its just an E that gets added at the end of her name and takes an act of Congresss to get it corrected These people were not the first nor will they be the last other than that our dealings were quite nice they did everything just as they said and the check cashed Soo we re real happy
