Purchased a Boardwalk contract during Covid. One thing I researched is that people regret not buying enough points. I made sure we got a decent amount of points. Stayed at the grand villa already & had a great time. Stayed at one bedroom too and next year staying in the grand villa again with 12 people. We have really used and abused our points. And we can bring family and friends and they stay with us for free. It’s so wonderful.
I wanted to give a shout out to The DVC Store (aka The Timeshare Store). Our family has worked with them since 2014 as both buyers and sellers. We purchased three contracts from them over the years, and we recently sold two through them. Jason Padilla ("JP") and crew provide absolutely outstanding customer service. While we didn't end up finding a contract that was a fit for us, Jamie C absolutely made us wish we had! Very responsive, and easy to deal with, no matter the type of question, or offer we were wanting to submit. Not to mention fantastic follow up, and actually following through with their statements!
