So far nothing has happened other than talk, I hired them to handle my timeshare and the person I met with said he wanted us to sign up right away because this was a once in a lifetime opportunity to get in while they were getting ready to file 100s of cases and it is likely ******* would just write it off to avoid fighting any of us. So we paid the fees, stopped paying our timeshare(fees and interest are adding up) and settled in for a 1-2 year process even though they said it would be much quicker. Having a time share was a wonderful idea when I was young and healthy. My family had great vacations at places that I would not be able to afford or choose to travel to without a time share.The down side to time shares is that the company does not make it easy to stop using them when you reach a point in your life where you develop a mobility issue and can't travel, or financially. cannot continue to pay the fees that. resort requires. Took way too long to settle, too many hands were changing often. Not a good value for our money spent & our credit has been compromised because of this. It'll be years before we get out from under this blight.

Timeshare Compliance is a professional company who helped ** get out of our Timeshare and relieved us of annoying calls and an expensive timeshare. Timeshare Compliance did a great job of securing a relief and obligation from a timeshare that I owned. The timeshare was burdensome and caused me many nights of headaches.
