I was excited by the amount of inventory. The people working there are nice but the process took WAY longer to close than expected (or explained) and we paid significantly more for same year usage which is now sold out and unavailable. Waiting for a response from the company regarding a resolution since we PAID MORE for something we didn't get! We didn't have any of these issues when we used a different company last time. So let me start by saying that the entire experience from beginning to end was phenomenal. I was very apprehensive in the beginning as this was my first timeshare resale initiated through RedWeek. I highly recommend Timeshare Closings for Less. They completed a transaction for me with Hyatt Vacation Club (eBay purchase). Susie Bell communicated clearly and effectively throughout. This was my first timeshare resale transaction, so, I was a little apprehensive at the beginning. There was no need to worry since Timeshare Closing for Less made the process easy to understand and clear. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
