AC part was ordered on Wednesday, we were told the part came in on Friday and we would be first thing Monday morning. However, we not told the part would not be in Hutch until after lunch. We had spent (5) days in a hotel already and had checked out. My concern is we have been very a loyal customer for 20+ years. You would think we would have been a top priority.

Our geo-therm was messing up, I called for service and Monte decided the flow pump had gone out again, after much thought and wonder we decided to switch to an air to air system, the crew that helped to switch to the other system did an outstanding job, Anthony kept me informed as to what was going on as far as progress. He is a very knowledgeable and polite. We are staying cool once again. Thank you all for a good switch over.

Called at 6:30am on a Sunday morning because air conditioner had quit working. They had driven the 30 miles to my house and had replaced the fan motor within 2 hours.
