One out of the caretake(the lady) is so rude and she often interferes with your personal matters. She keeps saying how much she hated coloured in Dubai. So rude and disrespectful!
Caretaker is a crazy Russian lady. When you go to view an apartment, she wants to know if we are living with wife/girl friend or status of our Canadian residency. Additionally she addressed that these are required information for her to know in order to process the application. Totally shocked on the caretakers questions.
Living here; 2nd year now. Neighborhood is generally quiet. Apartments are dated and need general maintenance. However given the area and walkability, the price fits in. Heat is good and the AC is limited to a window conditioner (not ideal but works well with fans). Overall decent for what you pay.
