I went to Times Beretania on 8/25/26, 630am, to get a quick bite before I head into the office, and a group of Micronesian teens were in the parking lot and I got out of my car and one of them came up to me and said get out of here this is my parking lot. He came up real close with his fist clinched, like he was going to false crack me. This lasted for about 3 minutes. He looked drunk and there was another teen passed out on a abandoned couch.
