I would like to thank all the staff who treated me with the utmost understanding and compassion. It is very hard to find a dentist that truly understands you have TRUE FEARS. From speaking with Sarah, the fist point person, who took her time listening to my fears. They notified me of everything that I would need along the way. I can not say enough great things about Dr. Carter and his staff. First everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I had a bad experience a year ago at a franchise dentist Iconic Smiles, Freeport office. But, because of Timeless Smiles Family Dentistry I onve againlook forward to going to the dentist.
