My new favorite workout. I was pretty intimidated by CrossFit but then I met MC and crew. They are so helpful and really take the time to teach you all the basics of CrossFit. A very welcoming and fun environment!
Dropped in three days in a row and loved it. MC and the members were welcoming and inclusive. They have a really nice space. I will definitely drop in again the next time I’m in town.
Timeless is an incredible CF box and far exceeds many of the local offerings. I travel past two other boxes to go here because of the programming and people. MC(owner/coach) maintains a very clean and efficient gym. Beyond that, her and her coaches actually care about the athletes, it shows.
