If I could give 0 stars I would- I basically lost about 10k from purchasing a lemon vehicle from Cortland Used Cars- Had to trade it in within 7 months bc it was problem after problem. I literally had the check engine light on hoping that I could make it to a real dealership to trade it in - I would never dump that car onto another buyer, so I only got 4k on the trade in value! Scammers Stay Away. My vehicle still not fixed and is a safety hazard. They will take your money and make excuses to not fix your vehicle. SCAMMERS STAY AWAY

To be perfectly honest 0 stars. I needed a car to be able to work so I thought why not try this out. What they neglect to tell you is the down payment is paying off (depending on the price) some of the vehicle its-self. That means, if the car is listed at $11,000 and you put down $2,000 that means you just paid 2,000 off of $13,000! On top of that they don't stick to their warrantee. They purposely don't fix things so you damage the car further and have to pay thousands. Lastly, they make you pay for inspection. Here in New ... read more

Not even a full star but that’s not an option. I got my car from here because my credit is bad and I needed a car ASAP and this was my only option. I only had a 30 day warranty and go figure after the 30 days everything that could go wrong did. Before it ran out I brought it there because it was clunking/rattle in the front every time I hit a bump. I will not give any stars to timebuyer. I have had my 2014 chevy cruze for a year and a half. The motor blew up they replaced it with a used one. Told me it would take 2 weeks to fix and it took 3 weeks. Then i have it for 1 week starts overheating on my way to work. Pop the hood to check it very little antifreeze in the reservoir and it tells me to change my oil needless to say shouldnt you of put oil in it?
