Time2Shine did an amazing job, was prompt, and we are very happy with their service.
I am frustrated in how things unfolded. Cedar didn't come when he said he'd come to clean the gutters, so I called approx 2.5 wks later to follow-up about his not having come out and to arrange for him to still come out to do the job. Then the conversation got confusing and he told me it wasn't him whom I'd spoken with on the phone when the previous arrangement had been made. This was our first time using Cedar and his team at our home for window washing. We were so impressed with the communication from beginning to end, as well as the level of service. The outcome was fantastic and the windows look great. We Look forward to working with Time2Shine again in the future.
