I stopped to get a new modem and router because my internet can't seem to stay up and running without unplugging my Router 20 times to reboot on going issue since last year and the Lady was not nice at all!!!
This was absolute BEST SPECTRUM EXPERIENCE EVER!!! David was the representative that helped me and he was AMAZING! He answered all of my questions with an issue as well as being super knowledgeable. This is my location from now on!!
The employees will tell you there is a $45 restocking fee and charge you over $50 and when trying to resolve it with spectrum they will tell you there is nothing they can do so save yourself the trouble and just go with anyone else for Internet and phone service
I went up there and Paul Curlee was so helpful and personable. Honestly was the best experience I had there. His personality combined with his friendly nature made it a very pleasant visit
Made an appointment online and was promptly greeted. David was great to work with. He helped me find a phone that best suited my needs and made the upgrading process easy.
