I was in need of a dentist after a cemented crown popped off while flossing. I was new in the area and after calling and asking around, I was referred to Time To Smile Dental. The receptionist Lisa was kind, welcoming and found me an open slot the next day. The dentist, Dr Christian was engaging, efficient and also welcoming. I greatly appreciate the whole team at this Dentist. On top of being a clean environment with high quality equipment, the doctors, assistants, hygienists, and front office staff have gone above and beyond getting me scheduled and making me feel comfortable working with my dental health journey. I showed up on the wrong day and was expecting to get turned away, instead the hygienist that was supposed to have a break stayed just to fit me in the schedule. Time to Smile is awesome! I’m not a huge fan of the dentist due to past experiences, but they make you feel comfortable and take great care of you. Dr. Christian is fantastic. Highly recommend!
Deidre was fantastic today, as usual. She greeted me with genuine and personal friendliness, and then she didn’t miss a beat over the next hour performing x-rays and doing a thorough teeth cleaning. Deidre is informed about how side effects of Gip/Glp 1 shots can harm your teeth, and she took time to let me know how I can help to mitigate the negativity. Then Dr Hathaway looked at my x-rays and examined me. I truly could not be happier with Deidre and with the Staff at Time to Smile dental office. Don
First rate experience, the whole team is excellent. Have been a patient of Dr. Hathaway's for over 10 years and nothing but the best care. Kristi has been awesome as well.
