I am most amazed at the TTS team. They always greet you with a smile, as you are checking in. I have a Membership for both of my vehicles and especially like it when I'm complimented on how GREAT they always look. I even had one guy ask me where I got my car "hand washed'.
We've been members of Time To Shine for a couple of years. It does a very good job of washing the dust & dirt off your car to keep it clean & shiny, even if does not always get really stuck on things off, like bird poop. I love the free, exceptionally strong vacuums, microfiber towels & floor mat washer. It's a very good value, especially compared to the cost of a single car wash. I appreciate their customer service whenever you have a question or concerns. I highly recommend TTS!
I have been using this car wash for over a year and liked it a lot until yesterday. I went in yesterday and they let a SUV that was completely covered in dirt go in the wash in front of me. I didn’t want to go in after that vehicle but had nowhere to pull off to. After I got out of the wash my car was still dirty with muddy water. The entrance through the booth payment was so sharp the it scratched my new car wheels. Very disappointed by the people signaling to enter. I told them so this incident and I was told that its happening to many other customers through that entrance. If its happening to all other why you guys keeping that entrance open. Strongly believe it is classic example of not caring for customers. I just paid for carcass not damage or scratch it.
