Specifically asked if I could start a pkg on a specified date. Was told yes. When they charged my Cc, they did NOT do that! They started the day I was asking about a specific start date. I called mg to complain. An apology was given however never excepted responsibility. I said pull up the camera at that gate. Not a good way to do business! It was like bate & switch
