Time Residential Public Response to XGmommy Time Residential's residential lease is carefully read and explained to every tenant applicant in detail prior to the signing. Great Property Manager We first contacted Mr. Wright when we were interested in a house we saw online. He was very pleasant to talk to. We have a lab, and he - like any other responsible property manager - was reluctant to rent out a nice home with hard floors to a family who has a bigger breed dog. Started out good... I do not have a property with this man but I did rent a property from him. As me and My family's first time renting, It was a VERY bad choice!!! He told us everything he knew we would want to hear as first time renters. However, Things started going badly after the first month. as the post before me says, He forgets things OFTEN. Not happy This guy is honest, but he doesn't necessary has your best interest at heart. I had some work done over my house and the bill was super high; bet if it was to have the same work done over his house he would have search more fr a company that would offer a reasonable price on what needed to be done. Bottom line... if the money do not come from his pocket he doesn't care how much you'll have to pay. What bothers me is that he talks alot.. and he tells you what he knows you want to hear.
