Cable Jenkins and TPM were great until we had trouble submitting a payment with their online platform that kept glitching. After submitting it multiple times, we were charged multiple $35 fees for each time their site didn't accept the card, until we called in and made the payment. We were charged over $180 in fees from trying to make one month's rental payment.
