Legalized extortion; a private owned facility that profits off of other people's mistake/misfortunes. They over charge on their tests in the first place, and on top of that will scam you by calling you in more than your required to. No oversight from any sort of authority, no way to file a formal complaint. The owner comes in on occasion to collect his money and leaves any sort of empathy for his employees, or clients at home. If you ever have to go to this place good luck. The worker turnover rate is insane. I have seen about 10 new workers come through here in about 1 year. They obviously don't pay that we'll like many Michigan businesses. The workers are probably making close to minimum wage so they don't pay attention to detail. Make sure you keep all you receipts and that the dates are correct because they will call your probation officer and tell them you missed a test when you really didn't I know from experience.
