If there was an option to put 0 stars for this business, I would. I have been living here for 9 months and on month 3 we got neighbors that are absolutely horrible. Blaring music at all hours of the night, having domestic disputes constantly outside in their front yard, trash constantly blowing from their yard into our yard. *** police are there about twice a week for fighting. Animal control has been their twice because they have two puppies that are outside all day in the heat, in the sun, with no water, whining and barkin... read more

Only getting one star because there isnt an option for negative 10. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY LIE! THEY BAIT AND SWITCH. THEY RENT NASTY FILTYPROPERTIES WONT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT WHEN YOU FOLLOW THEIR POLICY! RUN! RUN! RUN!!!!!!!!

I have a major issue you guys are TERRIBLE with maintenance and upkeeps of the property. I've been asking for a whole YEAR for someone to please come and take care of our lawn it is becoming a hazard at the point. We have a tree that almost fell on our house and we can't even use the back door because the tree is blocking it. We have trees and other plants with thorns growing in our yard the size of a full grown adult. We lived in ********************** run by Time-Out Communities LLC for 9 months. When we moved in there was mold all over the house in bathrooms and main living areas. I complained for months and never paid rent late. $975 was the monthly rent. I have sent pictures and gone into the office complaining about these issues. The living room window was never sealed so every time it rains the trailer floods, and its gotten so bad the the mold has spread and the dry wall has become mushy. I went to pay my bill and it increased $35 with no knowledge. Was 465 the other months. On top of I’ve been dealing with trying to get them to pump the septic so I can get a plumber out there and the property manager refuses to contact us back. They won’t even give us a key for the mailbox so people can just steal our information. I live at one of their properties (Rolling Acres Estates) in Jacksonville, Illinois. My wife and I are tired of their money grubbing ways. We have rented a trailer from the for over three years, and we have been lied to about many different things.
