This was our first spa purchase and Ms Kim was so helpful in answering all of our questions. Chris got our delivery set up in a very timely manner as well. The delivery guy was A rated as well. It came complete with steps and chemicals to get you by for a good while. We will recommend them to anyone looking (or thinking of) to purchase a hot tub!

We needed service for our older hot tub to get it up and running again. Messaged Chris who immediately gave me contact info on Service Tech Jarrod Joyner. Jarrod set up appointment with us at our convenience. He called beforehand to let us know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable.
