I called myself making my last and final payment with this company. But I got a call back the following week explaining that my payment did not go through due to insufficient funds. Which was totally bogus being that I carry sufficient funds in that account at all times. So not only was I responsible for my amount $79 but now a late fee of $25 and interest. We paid off this account 9 months early, have always overpaid to pay off the account sooner. No where was it mentioned in the documentation it was Interest first kind of loan. If it was, we would have never signed the contract. According to Robin, ext 211, we were only supposed to be charged a 6% interest rate since we are an ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY working status. We just had some workdone on our home and were told the interest rate would be 9.9% that was yesterday 3/23/17. Now today 3/24/17 my wife called Time Investment and they tell us the interest rate is 15.99%. That was not what we were told yesterday. My wife called the yellowblue sales person and left a message but we have not received a call back yet.
