Victims seniors already victimized. $25 late free after the clock struck 12 midnight. That same day my bank account, paypal, and BestBuy where hacked and I had to close my account. I could not open a new account because I am paralyzed and cannot drive. You have now been warned. They are inhumane!

My former roommate died. So paid the payments out of my account. So I asked to put my name on the account. They said no. They put a lien on our house. They wouldn't take the payments. I just had to pay over $6000.00 dollars. To pay it off. Because they were going to charge interest. Every day. That's wrong. Very bad financial outfit.????.

I had excellent service from this company. I don't usually deal with finance companies but I had an issue with a company that used them to finance my project. Terrible customer service. We paid off a loan early(over paid loan by +$200 dollars) They said it would be over a month until we would get OUR MONEY back...........Crazy policy...would not let me talk to anyone at Corporate Level...do not do Business with this company
Me and my husband financed siding through TIC in 2018. Recently we had decided to refinance our home to lower our interest rate and lower our monthly payment. Upon approval of our Home loan we were informed that TIC took a lien out against our home in 2021, 3 years after the start of our loan. Upon reaching out to TIC we were informed that it happens sometimes and it does not negatively effect the home owner which is not true. We now are not eligible for our refinance because of this lien. I've written financing through TIC for more than 14 years. Every time a question comes up from a customer I have a real live person that helps me find solutions. In my experience, the only time people complain about TIC is when they aren't paying their bill. Then it's either my fault or TIC's.
Absolutely the WORST lending company I have ever worked with. We currently have 3 lines through them and once they are paid off, we will NOT ever do business with them again. I have asked them for over 2 years to send bills to my email, not my husbands as he never checks his, and they cannot get it right. Then we get slammed with fees for late payments. I just found out after paying on my loan for my water softener for what seems like forever and finally paying it off; I now have to pay $125 to remove the lien I didn't even know was on it. I told the lady it was stupid and refused to pay it. She did tell me the lien would expire in August. I hope it takes care of its self. So sorry I allowed this company to have my business.

They decided to transfer servicing of our loan to another company. They provided no notice whatsoever. I went to login to my account and could not access it. It said that I should have received info from the new company, Equiant, to be able to log in. I did not receive the info. So I called Time Investment to ask how to access my account. They said i would just have to wait until I received the info. So I cannot access my account at all in the meantime. If that’s not illegal it should be.
