We just bought our new 2016 Traverse at Timbrook Chevy and we were very satisfied with the process. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that we had exactly what we wanted. Stephanie also was sweet and very helpful with explaining things to us and finding us the best interest rate possible!! Thank you both for the great experience!!!! Do the math and know what you're vehicle is worth before you go they offer way less than what the vehicles are worth.They try to sell you on the payments. Will not go back !

Had our first experience at this dealership working on our used Chev Traverse. We brought it here after a bad experience with another local dealership. The people, and the service are great! They were honest and went beyond our expectations to make us happy. I now feel comfortable driving a safe car. It is totally out of our way because we live in Short Gap...but we will never go anywhere else for service. Eric and his team are great!!! Definitely will recommend this place!
Think it sucks i buy a truck 2 and a half years ago and now he doesn't want to deal by saying its not worth it to them to trade back in, same shape i bought in except 1 dent from deer and 25000 miles, gonna see about getting truck through different dealer. ..
