I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company. Repair requests are routinely ignored or left unresolved for long periods. Even after following up multiple times, I either receive no response or empty promises that nothing ever comes of. It's incredibly frustrating to pay rent on time every month while basic maintenance issues are neglected. This company even ignoring the court order. Can't be trusted! I report issues you called me a scammer. If I don't report and something happens, you blame I didn't report. Yes investigate. I want you to do it. Find out if I am a scammer who is paying rent every month. Who lives unit under your management. About microwave stops working when I am using only it. Come and inspect why alarm went off in a middle of night. Find out why electrical plugs are not working in the kitchen. Please find out if I am lieing.
