Rick C., 12/17/2014Edit My wife brought her 2012 Toyota in for an oild change today. They told her it required synthetic, which the manufacturer doesn't agree. Then on top of that charged her $20 in labor. Total bill was $95. Won't be bringing it there again. Too bad because it's in the neighborhood.
