After 18 years of living on this property it seems the only one who actually cares is the maintenance man. There is black mold flying around my apartment and the emergency contact told me to save my trouble to myself and hung up. Will literally rob you!!!!!! Rent goes up the max amout every year and the move out charges were insane.
Horrible maintenance. Leaking roof for 4 months, nothing done about it. Other tenants didn't have working heaters through this past winter when we had snow for weeks. We moved out in May and paid everything we owed, just now received something saying we somehow still owe this place money. Tried calling the phone number and it's been disconnected.
