I’ve live here a few months now and really enjoying it. Recently I needed maintenance for my apartment. Jake and Brendan did a wonderful job! I was exceptionally happy with their work! Than you guys!
The management here is absolutely fabulous. Alex has been kicking butt helping me and the kids transition into a 3 bedroom. Thank you for all you do!!!

I lived at Timberview Apartments for about 7 years. We recently bought a house and moved. We enjoyed our time there. The pool is great. The neighbors were all very nice. Pretty quiet. Abundance of wild life in our yard. Energy efficient units. The staff always took care of us. Specifically Alex, Kristen, Brendan, Jake, and Seth were always willing to help. I appreciate your team. :)
If I could leave less than one star , I would. This was the WORST living experience I have ever had. The people in the office were very unprofessional, including higher management. Do not move your pets in here as they will charge you hundreds for the smallest repairs after you’re charged a $300 pet deposit per pet. They charge you for “PooPrints” but don’t enforce the policy they claim to have. Dog poop all over everywhere and when you go to the office to get this resolved, they don’t do anything.
