The management team is insufferable. The property is falling apart and they hardly do anything to fix it. They only follow their own rules when it suits them. They will penny and dime residents. All they care about is money without a trace of morality. Do yourselves a favor and go literally anywhere else.
While living here we had a terrible experience. I was pregnant at the time, people above us were smoking almost everyday, I had put in so many complaints about it and it took the front office nearly a week every time. They always said I needed to show “proof” how in the world do you show proof of someone smoking… well come around the time that we decided to leave, they wanted to contact us everyday after that. We were very pleased will the insulation of our new washer they were prompted to get us a new one. Nick put it in he was very friendly and down the work very well and very quickly
The place is too expensive for a single bedroom apartment
I lived there for 2 years and just recently moved. I would still be there if another opportunity had not become available, so I left because of that, not because of the complex. I was very fortunate to have great neighbors which helped with overall experience as many times, it's not the complex, but the NEIGHBORS. Not the case for me or those around me, so huge plus there.
