I have been a patient here for many years. my doctor is only in three days a week. I call this morning to try to get in tomorrow or Friday, for severe back pain, and cant get in for 2 weeks. I keep that one because its time to get in for prescription refills but ask to be seen by another doctor for my back. I am informed that no other doctor can see me for my back. if I have a cold or ear ache I can go to another one but not for back problems. Sadly I'm looking for a new family doctor because EVERY time I call the office I'm on hold for an unacceptable amount of time. I hung up after 8 minutes recently. This was before I could get anyone on the line. I love my doctor but I don't have time to waste on hold just to make an appointment. You need a better answering service!
They'll drop you after a few years without telling you, then refuse to see you because you're a 'new' patient. Don't waste your time, find a real doctor.
I have been going here for quite a few years but rescently the quality of care has gone downhill drastically. Tell me, why would you make a patient wait 3 weeks for a refill on prescriptions that are truly important to there well being? My pharmacy had called this office five different times in the last two weeks for my prescriptions and the doctors office has yet to call them back.
