Absolute Trash!!!! The apartments are infested with roaches and rodents on a biblical scale!! I have never seen such an infestation like this in all my life. Mice in the apartments! and not just my building, nearly everyone I met over there had some problem with mice. And then there's the rats that work in the office. They're sort of nice when you sign the lease then they are the most inconsiderate and unprofessional group of con-artists you could ever come across. Nice Place..Great Area I've lived here for 2 years and have had so few problems that i could count them on one hand. The office staff is wonderful and more than happy to answer questions for you anytime. The maintenance people are prompt and friendly and the apartment is nice. Its really been a great place to live and its really close to alot of places to shop or eat. The only thing was the rent just increased more each time i renewed my lease whick sucked but ill say it was worth it.

close to everything I live and work in conroe and stay at timbers of pine hollow where it is always peaceful and quiet. Just off the freeway i can head south to houston north to dallas or west to austin! The shopping is astounding with malls and many of retail stores nearby.

Timber!!!! No matter how much they try to update these apartments, they are still old and horrible! Stuff breaks all the time and they only have ONE maintenance person on staff, so nothing ever gets fixed properly. They charge market value for the square footage, plus water and trash and they are NOT worth it! Between the electrical fires, constant need to cut off water for emergencies and the bugs, this is not what we thought it would be! Don't let the fresh paint and new carpet fool you! We are moving ASAP!

Apartment living in a pine forest The complex where I currently live is Called Timbers of Pine Hollow. it is relatively new having been built around 1980. It contains approximately 230 apartments in 16 buildings, covering approximately 30 acres. The name refers to the fact that there are numerous tall pine trees located mainly in the center of the complex, so many in fact that there are large bare patches around the trees where grass cannot grow.
