Timbers of Cranbrook is not what it seems. THEY HAVE RATS. please do not move into these apartments. The area is dirty trash in the middle of the street over flowing dumpsters. Stray dogs/ cats just walking around. The office doesn’t do anything but say “if you see it again/ if it happens again call us” Wasn’t here for the old management But this new management? What i’m looking at and all these negative reviews they are just as bad. Don’t let this be your first or even last choice in renting.
Worst place to live. Moved in, in March. The management is supposed to be new? It’s worse water is included in rent but now we have to pay extra for water. Paying extra for pest control for a Month they did not come. I registered my daughter rental on the app that they gave us to register vehicles. Prior to that i registered my Boyfriends car. Let’s just say my fiancé and I are not impressed. We scheduled a tour for 10 am. I kept telling them we could not do 10 am but they scheduled it anyways so we made it work and we showed up. We stood outside of the locked leasing office for twenty minutes waiting on somebody to show up for our SCHEDULED tour. Nothing. We ended up leaving.
Complejo de apartamentos, prácticamente en deterioro, el personal y administración trata de mejorar algo que lo que ya lleva es demolición. Y incluso, demasiados pagos ahí para la calidad del lugar , ( renta , gas , agua , drenaje , electricidad, pest control , insurance, tecnología, basura) terminas pagando más de 1000$ por un apartamento de 1/1 . Pienso que pueden buscar algún mejor lugar donde vivir. Administración analicen sus precios y estrategias acorde al lugar que están rentando.
