Worst place to live. New management. Ascension is just like Tx Excel. I’ve always paid my rent on time yet the workers never updated their system. They take peoples money without maintaining property 100%
The building is still there and burnt down still haven't repaired it has been through has been through several different owners. They need to think about their tenants

Si quieren vivir tranquilos y en un buen lugar , jamás vengan aquí , las oficinas permanecen cerradas aparte es un pésimo servicio , te roban los paquetes y vivimos prácticamente en medio de la basura y aves de rapiña , los portones permanecen abiertos todo el tiempo no hay seguridad en nada , estoy arrepentida de hacer contrato aquí 🥲 tengo 3 días que el aire no me trabaja y la oficina está cerrada y las llamadas no contestan
