We have had problems getting air condition fixed to cool since Marc 2012 still 80 degrees or hotter every day. Water was not drinkable due to problems in jan 2012 still looks as if not drinkable. Mgr doesn't get anyone to fix problems for months to longer. Outside of all complexes paint falling off. Stairs and platform of upper apts has damaged floor and need painting. I wouldn't moved in ever again
