There is a lot of value at the Timbers apartments. I was worried about moving out after reading many of these reviews. They didn't deduct anymore than I expected from our deposit. The lease agreement they have you sign has lists the different prices for damages or neglectful care. They are very fair with their deductions despite other reviews. The people who work here are so nice and understanding!

Very disappointing move-out experience. I would not recommend this apartment, especially considering the quality of the unit and the way move-out charges were handled. After I moved out, management withheld my entire $500 security deposit and then demanded approximately another $1,500, mainly related to the bathroom flooring. The bathroom flooring itself was inexpensive-looking and became discolored/stained very easily during normal use. I’ve lived at Timbers Apartments since 2023, and my experience has been excellent. The management team has always been professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. The property is well maintained, and they truly care about their residents. I’m moving due to personal reasons, but if I ever return to the area, Timbers would absolutely be my first choice again. Thank you to the entire team for making my time here such a positive experience. Highly recommended!

The leasing managers have always been incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional whenever I have had questions or needed assistance. It is clear that resident satisfaction is a top priority!
