I moved here from MO. I did site unseen and they were very accommodating. I moved to a new place with no friends and no family. The Timbers apartments were nice. Some of the nicest I’ve stayed in. My rent was raised after 6 months because at the time of moving in I was told the 6 month lease was the only thing available. I then unfortunately fell very behind on my bills due to being laid off from my job that allowed me to move. And I couldn’t find a stable income. When it comes to moving out the manager will always look for petty reasons to retain your security deposit. Even for things she clearly knows don’t make sense. I paid for stuffs that were not mentioned in the lease. Not sure how i was supposed to know. I left the apartment better than i found it but she took almost all my deposit
I've lived here since 2021. This is the best complex, hands down. Affordable, friendly staff, great amenities. Anytime I have an issue, I contact the office. They are extremely responsive. Often, I have something that could wait a day or two, and they get it fixed the same day or a day later. It's quiet in the court yards. Well maintained. The laundry service allows me to focus on more important things like work or my daughter. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you, Timbers Apartments!
We lived here for over 5 years, and only moved as we bought a house. The price is good for the apartment you get imo. It's also in a good location if you have a Hanford commute. It's also the only apartment complex I lived at that took noise complaints seriously. We had a neighbor who would let their dog out on their balcony at all hours, and it would bark. Lived here for 2 and half years and moved out. 1. Management is very rude and not welcoming. always giving glares and side looks. 2. Maintenance guy takes forever to fix things and blames you for when something happens. We had a whole cabinet fall off the wall onto my roommates whole body. It was only held by 5 old screws and said it was our fault because I had canned goods in it (uh duh is what cabinets are for?!) took them over two weeks to fix. 3.
