I spent a year at the Timbers and it’s been a great experience. The 1 bedroom unit was affordable and comfortable. Quiet neighbors and Kitchen even has a dishwasher! Laundry room is separate but easily accessible and convenient with the mobile app. Pool, gym and recreation available as well. Close to restaurants and grocery. This place has it all! Sad to leave but excited for the next chapter.
This is the first time I’ve moved out on my own and had low expectations for North Richland apartments, but the Timbers have been a lovely place to call home! They respond to concerns right away, all appliances are in working condition and if not they are fixed right away! Affordable, nice and clean place. Management and staff are easy to get along with and very friendly/understanding. Will stay here as long as we possibly can. My family has been blessed to live here!
The office is so unorganized and oblivious to their communication issues.
