Meredith made my experience with 86 North Properties good. I am an international graduate student with UNC. At first, it was a bit frustrating until Meredith took over the management of the property at 200 Westminster Dr Chapel Hill. She literally expedited the process, while maintaining the policies. I have successfully moved into the property, and its been a great experience so far. Nice neighbourhood, calm and neat, just opposite the bus line This is certainly a property I'll recommend to all.
Amazing experience, Amazing staff! We had so many technical difficulties, the coupon not wanting to cooperate, the system doing weird things (but the whole online thing is a mess these past few days) but the staff was so helpful! Lived here for 4 years and every year just gets worse. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Pool hasn’t been open in almost 2 and a half years, maintenance crew is almost non existent, grass and buildings are always unkempt, trash in the roads/sidewalks, the list goes on. If anything breaks down in your apartment you’ll be waiting for damn near a month just for a response. Yet they want to keep raising rent every year it makes no sense. This is my 3rd year living here and a lot has changed. First the amenities: Our pool has NOT been open the past 3 (yes 3) summers, lawn chairs were all moved inside the enclosed pool area so no more lounging along the lawn. A pool should be removed our amenities list until it’s actually open. Maintenance use to be really good, now talking with my neighbors it seems request are no longer fixed in a timely manner and pile up to the point of multiple issues.
