We have had them as property managers of our home in Monument for the last 4 years. our last tenant moved out last week and I've taken it over as a landlord. I've been cleaning and fixing things that as a property manager should have done. you'd think in the 4 years he was managing our house he would have done inspections. 1 our pantry was crushed on top so I have to fix that. 2 one of our 2 tenants had a cat which was not supposed to be allowed. 3 dogs of the 2 tenants chewed and scratched our stain grade doors. all of them... read more

Brad has been managing our rental property for about 7 years now. He knows how to keep it rented, he stays on top of maintenance issues and he is quick to respond to questions. The monthly reports provide us with good information about the rent and any required repairs. We would highly recommend Brad as a property manager!
