Experts who are professional and polite, even after hours when they should have been done their day. Excellent communication leading up to their scheduled time. Clean and efficient. Troy even tried to help get my spooked cat out of a hole in the drywall she climbed in to. Over and above. And now there is hot water. Hurrah! Thank you, Timberline. Highly recommend.

Called Troy in a panic when my hot water tank imploded. He went out of his way to comfort me and we made a prompt appointment at his earliest convenience that worked for both of us. Can't say enough about his professionalism and expertise. Before I knew it I had hot water again. Such a relief. Highly recommend his services, can't say enough good things in words. Utterly speechless.
