I live here and I upgraded my 4 to a 5 star. Peaceful and clean area. Management is so nice. Even in my passing the office to the mail with my dog, someone walked out that works here and knows of the grief I am enduring. She said such kind things to me. There's a lot of children in some areas but they look happy. Sound like it at least. Our apartment balcony faces the woods and very pleasant sitting out with coffee or at sunset on warm days. I lived here for 4 years. Neatly maintained the apartment only to sacrifice my 1/3 of security deposit. It was difficult to get response from wpl mgmt and property manager. Dont expect your security deposit in full. Thats my experience. The initial inspection feedback will be good but later the charges on your final settlement will surprise you
Friendly neighborhood, especially for kids. Living in this apartment for a decade.
The management staff here is amazing very helpful.
