Under new management as of April 2026 and this place is getting a total overhaul. Brand new asphalt in the lot, buildings are a beautiful blue color, new pool deck. We moved in recently and had new appliances, flooring. If you're on the second floor, the ceilings are vaulted and many units have their own washer and dryer. Rudy the property manager is great. Construction for 2+ months with no scheduled end date in sight. Trash everywhere. Management that will send AI generated responses that only gaslight your concerns. That is what you will get here at the new Timberlee Apartments!
I lived here for three years, in a 2 bed one bath 2nd floor, and loved every minute of it. Willow was the manager when I was there and she was awesome! The property and views were BEAUTIFUL. Tons of parking, huge windows & natural light, clean, month-to-month, safe, affordable….I would’ve lived here forever if I could’ve. I had to move back to the Midwest but Willow made moving in AND out super easy. I’d recommend this complex to everyone.
Tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood near the west hills, very attentive to repair service needs!
