Timberleaf is conveniently located close to garrison station
I don't feel safe here. The rent is high. The area isn't safe. Damage and trash everywhere. Homeless sleeping right outside my front door.
It's okay to visit someone there but I wouldn't like there based on what tenants say. LOTS OF CRIME in the area due to it being right next to the Garrison stop on the West Line train and Colfax. The City needs to do a better job in the areas along Fast tracks.
