We’ve been calling Timberlea Village home for the past 7 years—and let me tell you, finding a 2-bedroom in Rochester Hills at a price that didn’t make my wallet cry? That was a win. Updated: All lit up. No cell phone flashlight needed. Thank you! Getting scary. A ton of lights are out in the parking lot and on the buildings and in the hallways.

The apartment itself is nice but the maintenance here is terrible. Upon moving in our shower head was leaking. Maintenance comes to fix, says they don't have a part and just left it all disassembled. I had to reassemble it again myself to take a shower. I also reported that there was an animal stuck in my wall. Office girl says okay I'll let them know. I give it a few days and I hear nothing. I go to the office and she said "oh I can't find that report. Let me write it down again and we will have animal control come out." Ne... read more
