Getting scary. A ton of lights are out in the parking lot and on the buildings and in the hallways.
The apartment itself is nice but the maintenance here is terrible. Upon moving in our shower head was leaking. Maintenance comes to fix, says they don't have a part and just left it all disassembled. I had to reassemble it again myself to take a shower. I also reported that there was an animal stuck in my wall. Office girl says okay I'll let them know. I give it a few days and I hear nothing. I go to the office and she said "oh I can't find that report. Let me write it down again and we will have animal control come out." Ne... read more
I have had the best experience at timberlea apartments they are very intentive to issues that i contact them about and they are friendly when i contact the office janay and kyra are awesome.Also Kyra did a great job with my move in and made sure i got everything I wanted in a apartment
Terrible! Our car was stolen in the parking lot THERE. There is no camera and anyone can enter there. Staff didn’t tell anything about it. Besides that, it’s a loud place. I do not recommend.
