Pretty good credit union overall, staff is very friendly in person and on the phone, been a customer for over 21 years with this credit union. The only problem I would like addressed is getting their cashed check images working in their Virtual Bank instead of me getting "Error retrieving Images" all the time. This issue has been ongoing for several months. Then I contact them and they want to charge me for copies. Come-on, this is 2015, the digital age, this should NOT take months to get resolved. Card is always denied....and yes I have the funds. I was told.... use it as debit. Apparently they don't understand most restaurants don't accept it as debit. So then the answer was " Go to an Atm" so while traveling I'm suppose to find a atm and pay a service charge ???? This has been going on for a year now !! I realize fraud is a problem but just .....Wish they would solve the problem .
Terrific customer service! They have friendly employees and their loans are processed very quickly. My husband and I are very satisfied customers of TFCU!
