fantastic customer service. not your ordinary credit union. joel, jay and alec will go out if there way to make you feel welcome. not to mention they run the best deals in the area.1.99% on refinancing your auto loan now thats a deal!
We too, are pretty upset about Cuba trustage life ins. We have been letting them take life Insurance payments from our Timberland credit union account. They have caused us confusion and too many overdrafts, due to them trying to withdraw our payments the right way. So we pay thirty dollars each time just because they keep screwing up taking the payment because they won’t take payment as they’re supposed to it’s called an ATH.
Easy access great service and great people
They will close your accounts at any given time without telling you. Thanks a lot. You suck as a bank.
