I’ve been with this credit union over 25 years. I’m glad an office is opening closer and more convenient for me!!
Not only did they not do my transfer causing embarrassment and the loss of $500. They charged me $60 in fees for the privilege of being messed over by them. Monday morning can not come soon enough to sever our ties. We have been members for 22 years.
I made a large deposit this morning to be told my money is on hold for 5 business days. That means one week from today before I can use my money because Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days. Use to be they called and verified funds, can't do that any more. Then a three day hold, changed that policy a year ago. This is from another bank not a personal check. If it was a personal check I would understand completely. My account will be closed very soon and hate to say that after being with them for over 26 years.
Members only no its more and more like a bank where everything you want any more there is a fee for and you have go through customs to get a loan the Members made Timberland now they are thrown to the curve.
