I've been meaning to leave a review of this place for a while but finally got around to it. I would never recommend living here. I was scheduled to move in my into my unit during my stay here and the week before my move in my unit was magically changed. The carpet was worn the tub was tinted yellow and the inside of the cabinets were spray painted black by the previous tenants. It was still least to me in this condition. They are roach infested at least in our unit and I’m sure all other units around us. We’ve been here 4 years if I’m correct and we’ve only asked for pest control twice. They are getting worse every year and whatever they spray DOESNT WORK! It’s so bad that they crawl on me and my kids at night, there in my fridge, sometimes I can’t even cook without a roach getting in the food, I had to throw my air fryer away because it had more roaches in it than you can think of. I’ve really enjoyed living in this community! The peaceful ponds make it feel so relaxing, and the property is always well-kept. Kianna, the property manager, is kind, respectful, and always helpful. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents. Highly recommend!
Timbers has given me the best experience ! I am a single mother of 5 and it has been tough to find housing for my youngest 3 special needs children and I . Kianna made it so easy , she was kind, patient , and very reassuring during the application process . I am not a resident yet but hope to be one soon . This is my #1 pick , beautiful homes , property and staff !
I really enjoyed my time living at Timbers at Mill Creek. Kianna W. and her team were always friendly, professional, and helpful. They made our experience there smooth and pleasant from the beginning. Anytime I had a question or encountered an issue, they were quick to respond and resolve it. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the high cost of living in the area. We would have gladly renewed for a second year, but unfortunately, a three-bedroom unit wasn’t available.
