I've lived at this property for nearly 4 years now. All in all it's been a great property and I have loved both my apartments (2 bedroom, 1 bedroom.) There is a real sense of community. We've just recently had a new property manager, Natalya, start. She's a great communicator, receptive to input, and very professional. I'm happy she will be managing our property.
Natalya did a great job getting me moved into my apartment. The building and the apartment itself are stunning and spotless!
Got caught up in a damage caused by a unit above, having to change to another unit. In moving, the management was not helpful at all. Only word I got from them was “contact your insurance.” Had to move some furnitures around for their initial damage assessment. Asked for help due to my age and bad back. No one showed. While I still live here in my new unit, I truly despise their HQ management staff. Otherwise, the apartment is adequate, but certainly not a “quality” complex.
I have enjoyed my time at our apartment community. The location provides easy access to the freeway which saves commute time going both west and east. There are lots of amenities in close proximity including Lake Sammamish, Burke Gilman Trail, Costco, Issaquah Community Center, Issaquah Village Theatre etc. The landscaping is the best I have experienced at any apartment complex. DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. Writing this review a few days into the massive power outage. Prior to all this, the building has had quite a lot of issues. To name a few: The management company, Hailey, Dustin, and the owners are all rude, inconsiderate, and will take your money but not keep up their end of the lease. Victor was our old maintenance man and was AMAZING. Of all the staff there is zero fault on him for the piss poor handling of anything.
