I have enjoyed my time at our apartment community. The location provides easy access to the freeway which saves commute time going both west and east. There are lots of amenities in close proximity including Lake Sammamish, Burke Gilman Trail, Costco, Issaquah Community Center, Issaquah Village Theatre etc. The landscaping is the best I have experienced at any apartment complex. DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. Writing this review a few days into the massive power outage. Prior to all this, the building has had quite a lot of issues. To name a few: The management company, Hailey, Dustin, and the owners are all rude, inconsiderate, and will take your money but not keep up their end of the lease. Victor was our old maintenance man and was AMAZING. Of all the staff there is zero fault on him for the piss poor handling of anything. Terrible management and shady owners. Lots of hidden fees, theft, vandalism, noise, and minimal amenities. The grounds are pretty but the second you walk through those doors is over. Been here 2.5 years and its a steady decline
