Friendly staff, rooms are clean, cozy and very well priced.

Stayed here a number of times. Feels like family when I call to make reservations. I do love this place but seriously as an old fat lady replace some mattresses. Clean and awesome. Affordable as well. Great breakfast.

We stayed at the Timberlake Motel in Lynchburg, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the air condition worked wonderfully they had a nice swimming pool, they had a decent continental breakfast. we will definitely go again, and the cost was very reasonable.

Great little motel! I stay in motels/hotels all week long for work and when in the Lynchburg area I stay here. Rooms are always spotless sheets and towels are clean and soft and its a non smoking motel so no smelly rooms. For the price you won't find a better spot anywhere.
