Do yourself a favor. Do not come here. They are so rude. I tried to make a follow-up appointment for first time. The front desk lady was so rude. But, I let it go first time (thinking she might having a rough day). I called today to ask some questions. That same lady was the one answering calls. She kept putting me on hold. I called to make an appointment as a new patient, and unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. As this was my first interaction with the office, it left a very negative first impression. She sounded irritated and seemed inconvenienced by my questions, which came across as both unprofessional and unwelcoming. I’ll wait to see how the upcoming visit goes, but based on this experience, I’m already considering transferring to another practitioner.

Absolutely RUDE staff. How dare you have an appointment and interrupt their conversations. Don’t try to be nice to any of them, they look down on you no matter what. My advice is don’t see NP Luz Alcaraz. There is no follow up email or phone call no matter how many times you try to contact her. She will dismiss your symptoms, not test for things you ask, totally get confused about who you are when you come see her again.
