Its a nice cozy apartment. Cheap as well. Not much noise. If you stay outside of your home for most of the time and dont wanna spend that much money on the rent then this will be a good choice. Leasing staff Joey is very friendly and helpful.
I've lived here for over a year, but that will be changing soon. I was outside the building in the grass with a small dog that my friend asked me to watch while he went to the store (a service dog in training). The dog was never in my apartment. Suddenly the "owner" approaches me yelling that I was being disrespectful. He proceded to give me a lecture on how I wasn't respecting him or his property. Then he told me he was going to EVICT me!
